Are you looking for a new role within physiotherapy and occupational therapy?

We are hosting a recruitment event on Saturday 20 April starting at 9:30am in the Learning and Education Centre, opposite the main hospital entrance.

The open day is an opportunity to explore the hospital, facilities and technology; meet the wider physiotherapy and occupational therapy team who are passionate about patient care, innovation and collaboration; immerse yourself in hands-on activities and gain insights from leaders who are shaping the future of allied health at PAHT.

Katie Silk, head of therapies at PAHT, said: “Whether you are currently studying, newly-qualified, looking to return to practice, or an experienced physiotherapist or occupational therapist – we are keen to meet you and showcase all that PAHT has to offer and speak to you about the wide range of career opportunities available.

“We pride ourselves on our friendly and supportive approach – investing in the training, mentorship, growth and wellbeing of our people is paramount.

“If you are interested in joining our dynamic team we're also conducting on-the-spot interviews on the day where you could go home with a conditional job offer. Come and show us why you're proud of your profession and how you can contribute to PAHT.

Emily Clibbens, physiotherapy team leader at PAHT, said: “I have been working at PAHT for over 14 years. I have had several opportunities to grow and flourish in my career, which has taken me from a junior physiotherapist to a team leader.

“Being a physiotherapist is not just a job; it’s a calling. We work closely with the majority of teams across the hospital to put our patients at the heart of everything we do and to ensure that they receive high quality care and experiences. We embrace evidence-based practices and empower each other to make a difference. I’m so glad that I chose PAHT – it’s a joy to work here.”

Everyone offered words of such reassurance and kindness. I felt so cared for and the communication with me at all times was fantastic.
